Policies
Shipping
Orders are normally processed for shipping within 1 to 2 business days. Orders shipped via Ground Shipping will normally arrive within 8-10 days. Orders shipped via Rush Delivery will normally arrive within 3-4 days. You will be notified via email when your order ships. Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, and that orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take longer to arrive.
Warranties
All of our products are warrantied to be free of manufacturers defects and should a defect exist, your item will be refunded or replaced, at the disgression of Charlotte Kaye, LLC. Should you discover a manufacturers defect within thirty days of purchase, please notify us at CustomerService@CharlotteKaye.com
Refunds & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. Should you decide that you wish to return an item within thirty days of purchase for any reason, you are welcome to do so with our No Questions return policy. Please contact us at CustomerService@CharlotteKaye.com to request your Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please note, an RMA number is required for all returns. Upon our receipt of your merchandise we will issue you a refund of the cost of the item, less a twenty% (20%) restocking fee. Shipping and processing charges are nonrefundable. Credit Card purchases will be issued a refund to the account used during the purchase transaction. Gift Certificate transactions will be issued a Gift Certificate. Bulk purchasing and wholesale orders are nonrefundable.
Cancellations
Should you decide to cancel an order that you have placed, please contact us at CustomerService@CharlotteKaye.com immediately. You will receive a full and complete refund for any orders which have yet to be processed. Orders that have already been processed will be subject to our No Questions Refund & Exchange policy.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for purchase through Charlotte Kaye. Upon issue, a gift certificate is valid for redemption for purchases from Charlotte Kaye for it's face value for a period of one year. Upon the expiriation date of the gift certificate, no value shall remain. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, and have no other redeemable value. Charlotte Kaye is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Returns that were purchased by gift certificate, will receive credit via a replacement gift certificate which will expire on the orginal expiration date.
